The continental breakfast included hot food and sausage links. the staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face. - the hotel's location is in a particularly quiet area.

They gave a queen room with pull out sofa, clean towels, a Jacuzzi as we booked. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fine. The location was comfy in a pretty nice area, close to airport, and restaurants and gas stations.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

Everyone was helpful and efficient.

This place offers spacious rooms with fresh towels, a comfortable king-sized bed, and friendly, helpful staff.

I was in Platte City to attend a family wedding. This hotel is one of the best values with excellent rooms. Breakfast was better than any other in this price range. Ranks up with other hotels costing $20 to $30 a night more. Staff was excellent.

The continental breakfast here was great, the staff were respectful, the room had all the amenities we needed, and the location was excellent, right next to the expressway.

stayed 3 days and the room was never serviced. Not once!!!

The Inn was the best value for the money we have had in a very long time. The room, bed and morning breakfast were all excellent. This Inn was a former AmericInn built facility and still had all the positives of that chain only at a price way less than what I expect to pay at AmericInn's.

The only slight negative was we checked in after midnight and there was plenty of room in the parking lot yet the counter check in guy in a not that polite of manner still made me run all the way out to the lot to provide him a license plate when I had already told him we were the only MN license plate van in the lot.

The location is magnificent, right next to restaurants and gas stations. the room was huge and had a jacuzzi. - the staff was very friendly and accommodating. - the restaurant served hot food that I thoroughly enjoyed.

they had no computer record of our return flight so we had to wait extra time for them to get a shuttle to pick us up. They did find our paper record after we called. We requested a 5am wake up call. It didn't happen, luckily we had a back up cell phone alarm or we could have missed our flight. When I mentioned at front desk he said they were having phone problems. This wasn't mentioned when I made the wake up call request. We probably won't stay here again as we were there for park and fly. Both parts we needed didn't work out well even though the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Location was good, I had a 8:20 flight to catch and ask for a 5:30 wake up call and never rec'd the wake up call. The girl at the front desk really did not care, I woke up on my own and didn't miss my flight to Nasaua. Will remember to set my own alarm from now on. Breakfast was good.

I called and wanted to book one night & was told I could only book 2 nights because of the races. I was able to book one night online. Felt like this was a run around. Also had planned on leaving my car at the motel and was told it was additional charge. Just got home this am and haven't had a chance to look into what was said online about airport parking. Also when checking in they had no reservation for me, was really glad I printed information & had it with me.

The hotel was amazing and clean with fast Wi-Fi. Beds and pillows in my triple room were good. - Very amiable and respectful staff that liked their guests. - Got continental breakfast with sausage links and hot food available. - the location was excellent and favorable, next to the freeway and close to Airport car rental.

I had a great stay in a spacious room with a jacuzzi tub and found the staff to be very friendly, the location was excellent with easy access to a store, restaurants, and the airport.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Convenient location with nearby attractions. Accommodating staff during check-in issue. Good value for reserved price. Breakfast staff doing their best. Easy access to the interstate. Would stay there again
